Job Title: Project Manager - Highways Location: East Anglia Type: Permanent | Full-Time Salary: £75,000-£80,000 plus car allowance + bonus About the Role: My client is a reputable and market leading Tier 1 contractor working on high profile projects within the highways sector. Due to a busy pipeline of works, they're seeking an experienced Project Manager within the East Anglia area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and budgetary targets are met. Key Responsibilities: ·Lead the end-to-end delivery of highways and infrastructure schemes ·Oversee project planning, resource management, and cost control ·Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships ·Ensure all works are carried out in line with CDM regulations and company standards ·Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ·Monitor progress and report to senior management ·Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards Requirements: ·Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil engineering/highways projects (Tier 1 contractor experience preferred) ·Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM and highways maintenance/construction ·Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience) ·Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills ·Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: ·£75,000-£80,000 per annum depending on experience ·Company car or car allowance ·Guaranteed and discretionary bonuses ·Private healthcare ·Company pension scheme ·Opportunities for career progression within a reputable Tier 1 contractor ·Other benefits which can be discussed upon application   FOOTNOTE: If you feel that you are right for this role technically, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you specifically then please still feel free to send us your CV.
