Are you a detail-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering beautiful homes? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple small-scale, high-end residential developments for a prestigious property developer known for bespoke craftsmanship and luxury finishes.
About the Role:
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of several concurrent residential projects. These range from New Builds, extensions and refurbishments, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. You'll work closely with directors, consultants, contractors, and trades to bring premium homes to life, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple small residential projects across London (or region)
*
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and site managers
*
Ensure quality control and uphold high standards of design and finishes
*
Maintain schedules, budgets, and site reporting
*
Oversee health & safety compliance and risk management
*
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the internal design/development team
About You:
*
Proven experience managing residential construction projects, ideally high-end or bespoke homes
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites at once
*
Confident communicator and team leader
*
Solid knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and H&S compliance
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
*
