Job Description
A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.
This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a £150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.
Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.
Unfortunately, a member of staff currently employed by my client have been experiencing health issues and has therefore handed in his notice with immediate effect. Due to this and the timescales of organising a replacement, my client are happy to consider Freelance, Permanent, and 'Temp to Perm' scenarios.
Additional Information:
* Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager
* Overseeing the Fit-Out elements of several blocks of Student Accommodation
* Managing 6 other members of staff
* Tier 1 Main Contractor and Internals experience is essential
