The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of ceiling and interior system installation projects from inception to completion. You will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality results, on time and within budget, while maintaining client satisfaction and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Whilst having experience in this would be advantageous, being eager to learn and develop into this space is beneficial and highly desired. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment on design intent, material specifications, and timelines. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules using industry-standard project management tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and progress reviews, reporting to senior leadership regularly. Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate architectural and technical drawings into actionable site activities. Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, variation orders, and project reports. Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, or technical challenges. Liaise with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation and service excellence. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the construction or fit-out industry, ideally with a focus on ceiling systems (e.g. metal ceilings, acoustics, fire protection, modular ceilings). Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of construction health & safety regulations and building codes. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design briefs. APM, PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not required). Desirable Attributes Strong understanding of ceiling system components and installation techniques (e.g. suspended ceilings, drywall, metal pan systems) Previous experience working with or alongside companies like the Lindner Group, or similar European fit-out firms. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g. LEED, BREEAM)
