Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to oversee mechanical installations on high-profile construction developments across London. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the full project lifecycle and contribute to landmark projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of mechanical systems within large-scale construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient workflow and coordination.

Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and addressing challenges proactively.

Ensure all mechanical works meet industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with senior project managers and directors on planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
Requirements:

Strong background in mechanical engineering with a proven track record managing M&E construction projects valued between £3M–£5M.

Ability to take projects from tender through to successful handover.

Experience leading teams and coordinating across multiple trades and disciplines.

A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to meeting project goals.
