The Role - Senior Project Manager / Lead
My client are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Lead for their project in Marsden.
You will be a well-rounded individual with a hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
* Oversee and manage the project from inception to completion
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Ensure technical proficiency and compliance with industry standards
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
* Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
* Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
* Maintain commercial awareness and ensure site activities align with financial goals
Required Skills:
* In-depth industry-specific knowledge of facade / cladding is essential.
* Strong project management skills
* Proficiency in risk management
* Advanced programming and monitoring skills using Microsoft Project
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
