Project Manager - Water Sector Location: London | Hybrid Working Available Salary: Competitive + Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction consultancy client who is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their growing team in London. Our client is working on some of the most high-profile and complex infrastructure projects in the UK, particularly within the water and environmental sectors. You'll be part of a team that champions quality, innovation, and sustainability across the full project lifecycle. The Role: As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery of critical infrastructure projects from early concept through to completion. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to drive progress, manage risk, and ensure outcomes align with client goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from feasibility to completion. Lead client and stakeholder engagement, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Support the development of project strategies, delivery plans, and reporting tools. Coordinate inputs across internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor progress against programme, cost, and quality targets. Prepare project documentation such as risk registers, status reports, and dashboards. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.What We're Looking For: Experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally within the water, flood, or environmental sectors Ability to coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively. Understanding of best-practice project management techniques and principles. Familiarity with both pre- and post-contract project phases. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g. APM, RICS, ICE) is desirable.
