Quantity Surveyor - Central London - Up to £65K plus package
Tradeline are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with Fit-Out or Refurbishment project experience to join its growing London based Fit-Out Contractor client.

Due to significant growth, they’re now looking to add their award winning commercial team to support a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects across England. .
About the Role
They’re looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who has worked within the interior fit out or refurbishment space. You’ll be comfortable managing the commercial elements of multiple live projects ranging from £100k to £3m in value.
You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle — from tender through to final account — and will work closely with project teams and directors to ensure commercial success across your portfolio. The role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to grow with a business that rewards performance and initiative.
The key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
• Oversee all commercial aspects of multiple fit out projects
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate tender packages and contracts
• Cost control, valuations, and forecasting throughout project delivery
• Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess variations
• Prepare and agree final accounts
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure clarity and consistencyBefore You Apply
