Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join a multi award-winning Property Agency in Bolton. The company have won multiple awards, including the ‘best loved estate agent in the country’.
Working 40 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings, you will report to the Branch Manager, have previous relevant property experience, a friendly manner and focus on quality customer service.
You will be confident, well organised and have great attention to detail.
Duties will include:
- Manage property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
- Advertise available properties
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
You will have:
- Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with tenants and landlords
