We currently have a vacancy for a Property Consultant (Sales & Lettings) in our Manchester city centre office.
Henry Wiltshire is an Award Winning estate & letting agency with offices across London, Manchester & Leeds.
We are always looking for talented industry professionals to join our team.
About Us:

Property Consultant - What you’ll be doing:
* Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email
* Conducting viewings for sales and lettings
* Register clients’ details on our CRM system
* Assessing clients’ specific needs by being an excellent listener
* Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties
* Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary
* Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties
* Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance
* Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances
* Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks
* Social media posting
Property Consultant - Skills Needed:
* Strong Organizational skills
* Career focused with a strong work ethic
* Outstanding people skills
* Impeccable customer service
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Property Consultant - Must Have
* Driving Licence
* Access to own vehicle
