Property Litigation Solicitor - Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for a dedicated Junior Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join their dynamic and expanding team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career within a well-established and highly regarded firm. You will be working on a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and right of way issues, and residential and commercial possession proceedings
How does the day-to-day look?
Provide legal advice on property disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, property boundaries, and leases.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and court documents.
Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
Conduct legal research on property law and case precedents.
Manage case files, timelines, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Work to resolve disputes through settlement discussions before trial.
You will have:
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge and experience handling a variety of property disputes
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: Monday to Friday full-time permanent position, but flexible arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.
