Must Haves:

Previous experience in property management
*
Strong administrative and organisational skills
*
Professional, approachable, and well-presented
*
Excellent communication skills and confident liaising with tenants and landlords
*
Ability to manage maintenance issues and general property enquiries
*
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Nice to Haves:

Experience managing tenancy agreements and updates
*
Confident conducting management visits and viewings
*
Familiarity with utilities handling and property issue resolution
*
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
What you’ll be doing:
*
Supporting the property management team with general administration
*
Drafting tenancy agreements and managing updates to tenancy terms
*
Processing tenant applications and completing new tenant admin
*
Responding to tenant maintenance calls and logging issues
*
Liaising with landlords to arrange maintenance and follow-ups
*
Scheduling and completing management visits and reporting outcomes
*
Conducting property viewings where needed
*
Managing and tracking property keys
*
Overseeing daily operations including utility management and tenant/landlord communication
