Your Day-to-Day
As a Property Valuer, you’ll be the face of the brand—building trust, showcasing expertise, and helping clients take the next big step in their property journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Promoting the company’s services and reputation
*
Generating and following up on valuation leads
*
Conducting accurate market research and appraisals
*
Delivering expert property valuations
*
Converting valuations into instructions
*
Maximising fees and delivering strong commercial results
*
Working collaboratively with your team
*
Tracking performance and exceeding targets
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in residential property valuation (e.g. Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator, Branch Manager)
*
Results-driven and sales-oriented mindset
*
Commercially savvy with a customer-first attitude
*
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
*
A collaborative team player with high attention to detail
*
Strong organisational and IT skills
*
GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths
*
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
