As the face of the brand, you’ll build relationships, offer trusted guidance, and turn opportunities into results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Promoting services and building local awareness
* Generating and converting valuation leads
* Conducting accurate market appraisals
* Winning instructions and driving listings
* Maximising fee potential and meeting performance targets
* Collaborating with the wider team to smash goals
🧠 What You’ll Bring to the Table
* Previous experience in residential property valuation (Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator, Branch Manager)
* A results-driven mindset with a hunger for sales
* Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach
* Top-tier communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
* Strong organisation, attention to detail, and IT competence
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Minimum GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths
