Job Description

We currently working with a well-established main contractor that operates all throughout London and the Southeast of England. With a Turnover around £100m. Services provided include Construction, Refurbishments, and Regeneration for all sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Heritage and Public Spaces. They work with a broad range of customers, encompassing both public and private companies, government departments, local authorities, housing associations and schools. The Role Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Proposals Coordinator to join their team in East London working on projects valuing between £1 million and £30 million. As the Proposals Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the production of tender submissions and other work winning documents including presentations and other marketing materials as well as managing the company’s bid library content and tender correspondence. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Support the preparation of tender submission documents -Review and provide feedback on draft tender responses -Handle tender-related communications received through client portals and email -Maintain the Bid Library by keeping high-quality responses and removing outdated content -Develop and refresh case studies and CVs as needed -Organise and manage a photo library for bid use, ensuring images are properly tagged by topic -Ensure information such as contract values, durations, and contract forms are consistent across the bid library, website, and other platforms -Coordinate and format submission templates to align with company branding -Design PowerPoint presentations for use in tender interviews -Create charts and visual materials to illustrate standard company processes and activities -Work with other departments to gather content that strengthens bids, especially in areas like social value, innovation, and training -Keep the company’s Document Management System and CRM updated to help share information across teams
