Job Overview
* Position: Protection Insurance Sales Advisor (Training Provided !)
* Location: Fareham
* Salary: £25,000 basic, £50,000–£60,000 UNCAPPED OTE
* Full-Time | Entry-Level
* Onsite role, parking provided.
* Monday–Wednesday: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
* Thursday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
* Friday: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
* No Working Weekends!!
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Protection Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals and families across the UK secure peace of mind by offering tailored life insurance and protection products, including life cover, critical illness, income protection, and more. You'll be working in a supportive environment with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with clients via phone or email to assess their protection needs.

Conduct in-depth fact-finds with clients to understand their protection needs.
*
Recommend suitable life and protection insurance products based on individual circumstances and budget.
*
Explain product features clearly and compliantly, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
*
Generate and convert leads through outbound calls, inbound enquiries, and referrals.
*
Follow up on quotes and manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM systems.
*
Ensure all recommendations are compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards.
*
Maintain accurate records and manage application processes from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales.
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident, and empathetic.
*
A results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
*
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
*
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
