It's also ideal for any Psychology graduate exploring a future in teaching, child therapy, or clinical psychology. The Role: Full-time, term-time position starting ASAP Working 1:1 and in small groups with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH Supporting teaching staff in delivering inclusive learning strategies Implementing tailored interventions to aid emotional regulation and learning development Gaining experience with EHCPs, safeguarding procedures, and multi-agency collaboration The School Offers: A warm, supportive, and forward-thinking environment Excellent SEN and pastoral support systems Mentoring from experienced SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and teaching staff A real opportunity to make a difference in students' lives while building your own professional skills Ideal Candidate: A degree in Psychology (or currently completing one) A genuine interest in SEN and child development Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Teachers, or Mental Health Practitioners encouraged to apply If you're a passionate Psychology graduate ready to take your first steps into education and SEN support, we want to hear from you!
