Job Title: Psychology Teacher Location: Louth Salary: £31,650 – 49,084 per annum (Depending on experience) Start: September 2025 Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Do You Have a Passion for Psychology and a Talent for Inspiring Young Minds? GSL Education are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Louth, starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a subject that sparks curiosity, encourages critical thinking, and shapes future paths. As a Psychology Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 4 and 5 students, helping them to understand core psychological theories, research methods, and real-world applications. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Psychology lessons. Teach students in accordance with the curriculum and exam board specifications. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and intervention as needed. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and school activities. Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic standards. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Specialism in Psychology or a closely related subject. Experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A passion for the subject and a commitment to student success. A full CV that covers the last 10 years (or your entire work history) with any gaps explained. An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply). Why GSL Education?
