Pub Managers needed across ondon We have a hospitality client who have various pubs and pubs across London that require experienced Managers to run their venues. Ideally you’ll have experience managing pubs and a creative mind to help deliver a great service. Duties * Manage and oversee the venue operation * Deliver superior guest experiences * Plan and develop overall strategy * Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market * Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale * Control costs and minimise waste * Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required Required Skills * Three years minimum of management experience * Experience in General management of pubs * Strong leadership, motivational and people skills * Critical thinker and problem solver * Good Financial management skills Please get in contact when possible if you would like to apply for a role
