Qualified Early Years Practitioner - Full Time
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 per annum (All year-round)
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Permanent position
Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate, qualified professional to join a well run and established nursery setting in Lancaster.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as a Key Worker for Under 2s (experience with under 2's required)
Supporting children aged 2-4 years in a preschool setting
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of all children
Collaborating with the team to create a positive learning environment
Building strong relationships with children, families, and staffKey Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Proven experience with children under 2 years (essential)
Passionate about early years education and child development
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent communication and organisational skillsWhat We Offer:
A competitive salary between £25,000 - £28,500
Full-time hours (36-42 hours per week)
