Job Description
Do you have experience working as a Compliance / Auditing Lead or are you ready to take the next step in your career and are looking to work for a leading manufacturer with a well-established brand and premium product. Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-5 year's experience in Technical, Compliance, or Auditing roles within FMCG industry.
* High attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
* Experienced in Internal Audit, ideally Lead Auditing.
* Proficient in statistical analysis and IT
* Degree educated, ideally with HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 training.
Duties:
* Drive the development and implementation of sustainability and quality control processes.
* Engage actively with our Integrated Management System to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.
* Play a key role in the journey towards Net Zero 2050 by implementing effective compliance strategies.
* Conduct internal audits and lead auditing processes to ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
* Utilize statistical analysis to improve process efficiency and compliance.
