Job Description
Role Purpose
* • Create and maintain Supplier Approval System
* • Improve and maintain Site and Supplier Quality Performance
* • Manage Root Cause Analysis and development of Supplier capability
* • Establish Quality standards for Suppliers and efficiency/effectiveness measures
* • Manage Quality Improvement initiatives and Root Cause Corrective Action
* • Ensure assigned BMS procedures are maintained and effective
* • Conduct Internal Audits and support Customer and Regulatory Audits
* • Establish CI through Business Initiatives and Lessons Learned
* • Deliver project Quality requirements within time and budget
* • Develop a Quality Culture within the business and Supplier sites
Key Responsibilities:
* • Establish and maintain an efficient Supplier Approval and Review System
* • Conduct effective RCCA resulting in Supplier Development
* • Improve Supplier Quality metrics through Improvement Plans with Suppliers
* • Manage Supplier Material Review Board and SCAR process
* • Conduct systematic Supplier Performance Reviews
* • Engage with Suppliers to develop a professional and responsive relationship
* • Ensure best practice adopted by Site and Supply Chain
* • Implement methods of recording Supplier Performance for SDPPM and SOTIF
* • Achieve KPI performance for Supplier and Site Quality Objectives
* • Ensure adherence to Supply Chain Procedures, Processes and Policies
* • Define Supplier MRB metrics and maintain performance within target condition
* • Support Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA/ DFMEA etc.)
* • Process NCRs/CRs/FRACAS Reports for Site and Supplier related activities
Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally Aerospace Quality Standards: AS9100, Part 21G and Part 145
* Development and interpretation of Engineering Specifications
* Supplier Management and Development
* Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Use of Lean Tools and Techniques (ref. 8 Wastes)
* Auditor trained and qualified (AS9100/ISO9001)
* Creation and assessment of AS9102 FAIRsBefore You Apply
