Quality Manager
Andover
Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality assurance? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure compliance with industry standards and foster a culture of excellence within their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Department to ensure alignment with all standrads held within company
Collaborate with sales, purchasing, administration, and senior management teams to enhance operational effectiveness
Establish and maintain processes for the Quality Management System, including audits, documentation, and procedures
Ensure customer requirements are met, including compliance and legal standards
Conduct inspections of incoming goods and manage non-conformance's
Investigate product returns and manage the fault investigation process
Carry out necessary tests and provide data-driven recommendations
Provide technical support where required, relating to any quality matters
Conduct vendor assessments and support purchasing in setting quality requirementsAbout You:
Familiarity with technical drawings and a working knowledge of ISO 9002
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
Proactive and motivated by continuous improvement
A team player with strong leadership and organisational skills
