About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our School of Biological & Behavioural Sciences team. This is a temporary position based in Mile End, London, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our professional services team, you will:
Oversee examination administration and ensure smooth operations for all assessments.
Collaborate closely with the Education Services Manager and Subject Exam Board Chairs.
Develop and maintain systems for scrutiny of examination papers.
Act as the primary contact for examination queries from students, staff, and External Examiners.
Monitor compliance with assessment regulations and guidelines.
Support a positive and inclusive work culture within the school.
