Job Description
Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an established and expanding civil engineering and building main contractor based in a regional office in Yorkshire.
The company delivers a wide range of civils & build projects covering: re-enforced concrete, industrial infrastructure (EfW, ports/marinas etc.), commercial new build & refurbishments and more. All projects are delivered as PC with values from £1m to £20m+. They have recently acquired a substantial amount of projects and are in an exciting phase of growth which is planned to continue further. With several new framework wins and a very strong commercial team growing, there is plenty of opportunity for individual growth and progression.
The company offer a Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to be placed on a fast track to Senior Quantity Surveyor and to grow within the company.
Candidates should have proven experience of working on Civils or Build projects, ideally as a Main Contractor however candidates from a subcontractor background would also be considered or a degree in a construction related subject.
On offer is an attractive salary (up to £60,000) plus a generous package.
