About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Developer, assisting on RC Frame residential projects between 1500 and 1700 units with a project based in West London. You will be working as part of a commercial team with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The developer are excited to welcome a hardworking Quantity Surveyor on board and provide them with their own personal career path.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
Manage the downstream process such as handling subcontractor packages
Adhering to contractual requirements
Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputesKey Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
Live within commutable distance to West London
Minimum 4 years of experience at a Developer
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential What's on offer:
