About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Developer on traditional housing projects. This is a FIXED TERM CONTRACT for 9 months. The role is office based with site visits and can offer some flexible working. They have 6 offices in the UK but you will be based in the Essex office. Most of their sites are based in Essex with 4 more sites soon. This is a great opportunity to progress your career with a Developer especially if you are a Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Managing downstream process
Handle CVR's
Checking monthly valuations
Negotiating tenders Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Live within commutable distance to Essex
Start ASAP to do handovers
Experience at a developer
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal What's on offer:
