Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of their projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project estimates, cost plans, and financial reports.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Manage procurement, contracts, and payments.
Monitor project progress and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the water industry or civil engineering sector.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project financials.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Desirable:
