Quantity Surveyor:
Up to £70,000 p.a plus benefits
Car Allowance / Company Car
CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £70K, WORCESTER BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, WORKING ALONGSIDE EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL TEAM, HYBRID WORKING.
An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Worcester based Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £60m is seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business, the successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Director of the business to integrate them into the commercial team and progress their career.
Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
• NO experience as a Quantity Surveyor needed but is preferable.
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Motivated to learn and progress their professional career
• Am understanding in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
• Up to £70,000 p.a
• Car allowance
• Paid Holidays
