Experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to step up will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with JCT contracts, demonstrating a solid understanding of the intricacies involved. While estimating experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement; the willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying process.

- Analyse and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with JCT standards.
- Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to support project planning.
