The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Construction (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join
This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of a forward-thinking and dynamic company. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Construction Management team and Site teams, playing a key role in the tendering, quantifying, procurement, and commercial management of a variety of construction packages.
The ideal candidate will have experience across housing, apartments, and sectional agreements—including 278 works. Exposure to client-led schemes under JCT Design & Build contracts and private developments would be highly desirable, though not essential.
This is a site and office-based role, with projects located across Dorset and Hampshire, so a full UK driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Tendering and procurement of materials and subcontractor packages

Management of subcontractor accounts and valuations

Supporting the wider construction team with commercial strategy and cost control

Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
