Quantity Surveyor, Milton Keynes
A national, multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Milton Keynes. Projects span many sectors with a current focus on fast-paced end-user Retail and large publicly funded developments.
This position offers hybrid working, an excellent package, and a vibrant working culture.
The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on fast-moving end-user Retail projects from the outset, adding a wide range of other sectors over time, to include major publicly funded developments, heritage projects, and more.
There is scope to take on increasing responsibility from early in the role, including management, and career progression will be swift.
Previous Construction Consultancy experience is essential.
The Quantity Surveyor
* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
* 3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
* Cost Management / Consultancy background
* Driving licence and car
* Pre contract exposure
* Able to commute to Milton Keynes
