Job Description

We’re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support expanding workstreams at Hinkley Point C, the UK’s flagship nuclear infrastructure project. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-profile scheme that is shaping the future of energy in Britain.
Working as part of a collaborative and experienced commercial team, you’ll be joining at an exciting time as th clients' scope continues to grow. You’ll benefit from the guidance of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, gaining hands-on experience on one of the most complex and rewarding projects in the country.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting the commercial delivery of works packages on-site
*
Preparing and managing valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
*
Assisting with subcontractor management including procurement and payments
*
Working with the wider project team to ensure contractual compliance
*
Developing your commercial acumen and technical knowledge within a structured, supportive environment
What we’re looking for:
*
Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related field
*
Some previous experience in a contracting environment (major projects or infrastructure a plus)
*
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and eager to learn from senior team members
*
Strong communication and collaboration skills
