Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated QS, ideally with a property industry background, to become an integral part of our construction team in and around Bletchley

Description
Lead and manage all cost-related aspects of the construction process.
Ensure that projects are completed within the agreed budget and time frame.
Maintain a strong relationship with clients and suppliers.
Prepare and submit financial reports on project progress.
Identify and manage potential risks to the successful completion of the project.
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project success.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations.
Provide expert advice on cost-saving and efficiency improvements.Profile
A successful QS should have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience working within the property industry.
Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management processes.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
An ability to work effectively within a team.
