Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and growing fit-out contractor specialising in pubs, hotels, and leisure projects across the UK. Projects typically range in value from £500k to £10m, offering a varied and dynamic workload.
You will be based at their Bristol office, with travel to sites as required. This is a permanent position offering excellent long-term career prospects within a stable and well-established business.
Role Responsibilities:
• Full commercial management of projects from tender stage through to final account
• Cost planning, budget management, and contract administration
• Liaising with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials
• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to contractual terms
Requirements:
• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction, ideally within fit-out, pubs, leisure, or hospitality sectors
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Based within commutable distance of Bristol
• Willingness to travel to sites across the UK when needed
Package:
• Competitive salary between £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
