Job Description
Full time in office, hybrid when needed for flexibility.
· £60,000 - £70,000
· Brickwork background essential
· Dealing with subcontractors, pricing up brickwork packages Assist in preparing, submitting, and agreeing on valuations and variations
· Communicate with subcontractors regarding pricing, rates, and financial agreements
· Raise and process payment applications and invoices for subcontractors and suppliers
· Monitor and manage procurement of materials and site stock levels
· Support cost reporting and forecasting activities
· Help manage subcontractor applications and payments in line with contract terms
· Maintain accurate project documentation and records
· Coordinate with internal departments and external teams to ensure smooth project deliveryBefore You Apply
