Location: Bristol (with travel to South Wales & South West)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + package

About the Opportunity:
Walker & Sloan are working in partnership with a respected SME residential developer based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing and upcoming housing developments across the South West and South Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that has a strong regional presence, a healthy project pipeline, and a close-knit team offering genuine long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost planning, procurement, and commercial aspects of residential developments.
*
Oversee contractor packages, valuations, and payments.
*
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project cash flows.
*
Work closely with site teams and the wider project delivery team.
*
Travel to sites across South Wales and the South West as required.
Requirements:
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
*
Background in residential new build or housing developments.
*
Comfortable managing multiple smaller projects or one larger scheme.
*
Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial awareness.
*
Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
