Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
Bonus scheme (details to be discussed at interview)
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
£50 mobile phone allowance
Business mileage covered
NEST pension scheme

Start Date: ASAP (willing to wait for notice periods)
Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
Preparing detailed cost plans and accurate budget forecasts for residential schemes
Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis to support project viability
Managing tender processes, evaluating bids, and negotiating with subcontractors
Monitoring budgets and tracking project expenditure
Overseeing contract administration, variations, and interim valuations
Preparing and negotiating final accounts to ensure strong commercial outcomes
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
Experience with a housebuilder or developer (open to both SME and PLC backgrounds)
Ability to manage projects independently
Well-versed in the full project process from groundworks to handover
Willingness to travel to the Reigate head office and site locations as required (initial sites in Kent / East Sussex)
Open to experienced Quantity Surveyors or Assistant Quantity Surveyors ready to step up
