Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Package: £55,000–£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Ready to take your career to the next level? Skilled Careers is partnering with a leading £200m turnover Main Contractor that’s on a winning streak. With a surge of new projects, we’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
You’ll be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a high-profile £20m New Build Residential project in London, consisting of five stunning blocks.
What You’ll Do:
? Collaborate with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive success on a flagship project.
? Monitor and enhance project team performance to meet key contractual strategies.
? Manage and submit monthly CVRs and progress reports to keep the project on track.
? Optimize project value by agreeing on external valuations and cash flows.
? Partner with the Commercial Manager to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
About You:
?? Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a UK Main Contractor.
?? Hands-on experience with New Build projects.
?? Ambitious, driven, and ready to grow into a more senior role.
