V7 are working with a Project and Cost Management consultancy who work on exciting construction projects across Ireland and Europe.
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Limerick, Ireland.

* At least 3+ years with a Consultancy or Developer
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Strong experience with Client and Sub-contractor liaison

Duties will include:
* Cost management & reporting
* Valuations & Payments
* Client and Stakeholder liaison
* Tacking variations
* Working on large scale projects
