Quantity Surveyor - London | Up to £85,000 + Package
Fit‑Out & Main Contracting | JCT Proficiency Essential
TRIbuild Solutions have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a growing main contractor that has established itself across London delivering a range of high-quality fit-out, residential, and building safety remediation projects. Known for their direct delivery model and commitment to quality, they combine technical capability with a solutions-focused approach across a variety of complex environments.
Core Services Include:
Mixed-tenure new-build housing - delivering sustainable homes from groundwork to completion
Building safety remediation - including full façade recladding and compliance-led fire safety upgrades
CAT A & CAT B fit-out - commercial and public sector environments including healthcare and education
They are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple schemes across London.
The Role:
You'll take responsibility for commercial and contractual management across several live projects, working closely with both pre-construction and site delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
Management of subcontract procurement and packages
Cost planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting
Administering JCT contracts, including variations and valuations
Driving commercial performance while ensuring contractual compliance
Supporting project teams with key financial decisions
What You'll Need:
Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within UK fit-out, housing, or remediation projects
Strong working knowledge of JCT forms of contract
Confident commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple packages and communicate clearly with stakeholders
