Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction, particularly in residential traditional build developments. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, contract administration, and project financials to ensure successful delivery of high-quality residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing budgets, estimates, and cost plans
* Conducting tender analysis and procurement
* Managing contractual arrangements and negotiations
* Monitoring project costs and financial reporting
* Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
* Some experience working on residential traditional build developments
* Strong understanding of construction processes and contract management
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
