About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be a lead on a hospital project valued at approx. £10m based in East London. You would be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have an excellent industry reputation and rarely hire for this team so this is a great opportunity. You will be predominately site based with office visits plus WFH. The majority of their projects are based across North London. With a company annual turnover of over £2bn, their divisions run as separate entities so it still has a smaller/regional business feel with access to the management team.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
Feeding in to CVRs
Carry out cash flow reporting
Manage forecasts and ensure all valuations are submitted by the deadline
Final Accounts
Managing the upstream and downstream process Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
Experience leading projects £5m+ at a Main Contractor
Ideally knowledge of NEC contracts
Live within commutable distance to North/East LondonWhat's on offer:
