Description
* Regional Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality fit out projects
* Sectors include Commercial, Education, Retail and Industrial
* Project values from £1m - £8m
* Projects in Central London
* Will offer career support and further education/qualifications
* Very stable team
Person specification
* You will have worked for a reputable main contractor
* Proven history of delivering projects from start to finish
* Have had exposure to the full range of commercial duties
* Responsible for multiple projects
* Commercial Fit out experience
* Have excellent communication skills
* Keen to progress to Senior QS/Commercial Manager
* Report to a Commercial Director
