We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join our EYFS team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape children’s first experiences of school life, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
The Role
As our Reception Teacher, you will:
Deliver an engaging and creative EYFS curriculum that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that supports every child’s development.
Use continuous provision and focused teaching to support children’s next steps in all areas of learning.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues to ensure children thrive.
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress using the EYFS Framework.
Work closely with a supportive team including experienced EYFS practitioners and Teaching Assistants.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Reception Teacher who is:
Qualified (with QTS) and ideally experienced in Early Years teaching.
Passionate about child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Creative, enthusiastic, and nurturing – with a strong belief in learning through play.
Skilled in planning exciting, purposeful learning experiences that challenge and inspire.
Able to demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
A true team player who is open to new ideas, reflective, and committed to professional development.
