The Role:
As a Reception Teacher at our school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Supporting the development of key skills such as literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth.

Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a strong sense of community.

Observing and assessing children's progress, providing valuable feedback to parents and colleagues.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning and exploration.

Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching in an Early Years setting (Reception experience is preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, children, and colleagues.

Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and delivering play-based learning experiences.
