PART-TIME HOURS
We have an immediate requirement for a Receptionist to work at our client on a Part-Time Temporary basis initially for 3 weeks with an immediate start.
You will be required to deal with general administration and reception duties including receiving and distributing telephone calls and emails, preparing quotes and correspondence, posting information out, signing visitors in and out of the site, preparing meeting rooms and refreshments and any other duties as required.
You must have previous Reception and Administration experience, be fully IT literate in Microsoft packages, have excellent communication skills and extremely good attention to detail.
The hours of work are 10.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
