We are expanding our Building Services team in Manchester and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-volume, high-revenue desk, placing contract/freelance candidates into our established client base.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the Building Services Contract Desk, you will:
* Utilise our extensive database and industry network to identify and place contract candidates into technical roles within building services.
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Source, screen, and match candidates to contract opportunities within building services consultancies and M&E contractors.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiation, onboarding, and aftercare.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities and grow the existing client base.
* Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically placing contractors into technical markets.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with building services or related technical sectors is highly desirable.
* Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Drive: A results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving targets and growing revenue.
