Are you looking for a new career in Recruitment? If so, we have the perfect position available for you to get started immediately as a Recruitment Consultant in our Ebbwvale Branch, NP23 6UQ.
Your pay rate and shifts as a Recruitment Consultant:
Basic Pay: £26,000 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00am until 17:00pm
On-call will be included, once a month for a weekIntroduction & Job Purpose: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at Challenge trg Recruitment. This is a new role, and you will be a vital addition to the existing team.
Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Hold inductionsQualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Familiarity with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, One Drive and Word
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to generate leads and drive the recruitment process forward
Excellent relationship management skills
