The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Imperial Search, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong client relationships, and source top talent across the UK’s residential development sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a desk within the housebuilding sector (Sales, Land, Marketing, etc.)
*
Develop strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients
*
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match to live roles
*
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from brief to placement
*
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events (as required)
*
Work to performance targets with a focus on quality and delivery
*
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
What We're Looking For:

Previous recruitment or property experience (ideal but not essential)
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*
Driven, ambitious and motivated by success
*
Strong attention to detail and organisation
